“Consciousness” - Insights from Patients and Caregivers

Suitable for people whose first language is English

What is the purpose of this study?

The term “Consciousness” is different from “awareness” and because of this, there can be miscommunications between patients, caregivers, and their doctors/nurses. So, we want to find out what terms people with epilepsy - and their caregivers - use, and what they mean to them, so that we can enhance communication between parties and then enhance treatment and care!

If you would like to participate in this study and you fulfill the below criteria, we invite you to complete a survey, which will take just 5 minutes (approx.) to complete.  Click here to take part!

Criteria:

  • Age 18 or over

  • Able to provide informed consent.
